People with a lot of money shouldn't be allowed out on their own. What a waste. If a family had lived in it they would have to tye a string to the children so as they wandered around, got lost they could find them. This looks like a resort. Mabey some pf the money men backed out. Building material prices have tripled over 10 15 years. It probably go be more expensive than they planned or had.

I can only imagine the turmoil his mother went through when he crashed after taking off for her to watch. That would have haunted me till my end even though it's just a very unfortunate freak accident.

Upstairs in the house you can see elements of newer stuff, like those bi-fold doors to the closet. In the bathroom the light fixture over the sink looks 60’s.

Well, it does look pretty dated from the 90s, but beyond that the Waterview’s are stunning. I don’t like the decor at all. It looks gaudy and strange.

Why demolish the house?

I mean how much living room area and seating do you need in a home? More seating then a small airport 🤣 interesting place - definitely reinforces the fact the money they have, how much worse their taste becomes. Being a gym fan, I’d kill for a home gym like that and the Life Fitness equipment is excellent stuff. Another great explore. Quite surprised that both the 7-series and ML were left - it suggests to me that they fled the country. Both cool cars but by now nightmares to run with parts costs and things going wrong especially having been stood for so long.

Onyx sink in powder room, nook was originally for phone, circular "towers" are called turrets, marble mantel not granite, I doubt it's the original paint, but there'll be lead based paint, soap stone kitchen counters?, this house was updated at least in the 2000s., .it makes me ill to see it go to waste.
